Does this provider give unbiased advice?
Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!
Does this provider always put the customer first?
Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Was the waiting area spacious?
No, but I can always find a seat

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
