I would never send my friends or family here. My experience here was truly horrifying. This Dr. evidently does not care about his elderly patients. My father experienced a heart attack immediately following an office visit and the Dr. never once even called to inquire how he was doing, let alone visit him when he was in the hospital right across the street from the Dr.'s office. My father and I have called him repeatedly but only get as far as the admin staff. There is a whole list of other complaints with this Dr., however too long to list here. Suffice to say, stay away from this doctor!

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute?
Never, they are very reliable.

What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
