I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I didn't get a chance to see the Dentist. The office staffs were absolutely rude & huge attitude and didn't really care for the business. We were 5 mins late max because i had to pick up my kid from school. The staff didn't want to hear it just said my apnt was cancelled because we were late. After I took time off from work my child leaving school early to make the apnt. Hours are horrible.

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in, it's hard to get someone to answer the phone and once they do they hang up. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Staff not dentist makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. Every time I'd ask a question to the dentist, it seemed like he was annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better.
