I never have a problem getting an appointment.... however, get someone from this office to return a phone call is beyond unacceptable!!!! after 5 messages and 2 nurses and 2 days, no one has yet to call me!! unbelievable. I plan to NEVER return.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate.

Very informed and respectful doctors and nurse practitioners. I especially like that they respect parents' rights to make health care decisions for their children. I want to use a delayed vaccination schedule for my children and had to switch from a different pediatrician because she would not allow any variation from the CDC schedule. The doctors at Seitz pediatrics will give you the pros and cons of any procedure but leave the decision as to whether or not to proceed up to you. Be warned - the doctors spend as much time with each patient as necessary (no timed visits here), so you might have to wait for your appointment if the patients in front of you need more time. But when it's your turn, you get the doctor's full attention and as much time as you need. I strongly recommend this pediatrician.
