This is an excellent dental office with professional, helpful and kind dentists, assistants and hygienists. The front desk girl is great, very nice. They don't pressure people to get more work done than is absolutely needed and they always answer questions thoroughly. The only thing I would say that is a negative experience is that the billing gal is pretty consistently abrasive and rude. She and the other front desk girl also tend to gossip about the customers, I've noticed. It's a bit irritating to know that once I leave the office, I'm probably their next topic of conversation too. Not very professional. It may be the "norm" out there but it's still inconsiderate. I mean, who cares if one customer with kids drives around in a small Mercedes convertible when she could be driving something more suitable for a family? And, they shouldn't discuss what they think is drug-seeking behavior either. Very rude, especially if they're wrong. Even if they aren't, the rest of us don't need to know their opinions on the customers. If you feel you must gossip, do it at lunch. It makes the dental office look bad and might effect the loyalty of the people you serve.
Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
