I called two days after a visit leaving a message saying I was having some problems and needed to talk to the doctor. I never got a call back.

I called on May 24 because I have am having a hard time breathing because of sinus problems and ask to speak to the doctor or any of his assistances and got an answering service person who informed me that the doctor and his assistant would be out until Wednesday, May 29th. How can all persons involved with this office be gone for that period of time?

Absolutely Not! My appointment always conflicts with my schedule
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
