Dr. Simkins, Joanna, Lisa, and the entire office staff are fantastic!
I have been to a few cardiologist while leaving in NY, but have never met one like Dr. Simkins and Joanna. They take the time to understand who you are, your medical history, and your family medical history in order to get a complete understanding of you and potential care/diagnosis. When meeting with Dr. Simkins and Joanna you feel like you are their only patient of the day. They are completely focused on you and take the time they need with you. I also can't say enough about how they helped my visiting father-in-law in a time of need. I called the office, told them of the situation with my father-in-law, and in two hours we were in their office. They rearranged their busy schedules to help out my family. I cannot say enough about this team of people. Hands Down the Absolute BEST!

Dr. Simkins & Joanna take their time listening to your concerns and educate you; they also give you time to ask questions and they make sure you know what is going on. They definitely do not rush you out of the office! The office is very clean. The staff is very warm and caring. Denise was able to schedule me in right away; she was so friendly on the phone and in person. Lisa, the nurse was also very friendly and very on point. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!

They are so kind and caring, and take the time to help anyone who needs them. I know I can always count on them. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. The office is very easy to locate. They are always polite and courteous. Dr Simkins has my confidence and trust. He truly listens to you and is attentive to your concerns and needs.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I did feel satisfied with the level of care I received here. They were also very helpful and hospitable. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. What made my experience more comfortable was the doctor's bedside manner. They were very friendly and welcoming.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

The staff was friendly . I felt welcome there. They were sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I could count on them to respond. My calls are answered quickly. I am never put on hold for a long time . The staff was helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.

Yes, they were able to do almost nothing they originally said they could

Every question I had was answered thoroughly

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
