I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
