Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
