His staff is not friendly, and neither is he. He doesn't allow you to ask questions comfortably. He is in a hurry. I have gone to a lot of physicians for my situation and after 2 visits, I had enough. He did not follow up on the care I needed by writing the appropriate physical therapy. I called multiple times, only to be told, "they are working on it". "You need to make an appointment if you want him to help you." I didn't need another appointment to pay him, I needed him to do his job as a physician. He needs to retire and his staff needs lessons on how to be kind.
