They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. The office was easy enough to find. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
