I cant believe these place has been open for as long as they have. I just called in to make an appointment for my daughter because her tooth hurt and they told me that before they looked at her tooth, they would have to make her an appointment for an exam another for a cleaning and on the third appointment they will check the tooth that is hurting her. The women would not even let me explain to her that my daughter was in pain. So I asked her to transfer me to her manager. She kept me on hold for about 10 min. Then someone from accounts receivable picked up and wanted my name and birthday so she could check to see if there were any notes on my account. in the end I never got ahold of there Manager. So I guess the workers there are running the show how they want and covering their own butts when necessary
. IT'S NO WONDER ALL THE REVIEWS for this place ARE BAD.

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time

Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud

The worst I have seen

No. I didn't trust their motives.

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag.
