All this guy cares about it making money for Wellcare. Orders all kinds of tests he says they require. Office staff very incompetent, I had a bad cold it took them an entire week to send the antibiotic prescription to the pharmacy. By then, I was half dead. They are really horrible about getting your prescription to the pharmacy. Don't be fooled by plaques on the wall. The insurance industry is generous to those who only care about making money for them. Usual wait 1-2 hours to see him! He refused to give me my blood pressure medicine when I ran out until I change my insurance, so he doesn't care about patients.

pretty sure he had me take multiple pap smears for no reason. I was told later that it was not necessary so I am concerned that this was done improperly and I was taken advantage of. I would not suggest going here. scary to think this could happen.

I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Yes
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
