I was in a lot of pain during my visit. They respected my desire to help control my pain without having unnecessary treatment. They were reall a help. I'm really excited to tell all my friends and family about my great experience here.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. The office was very easy to locate. I

didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I've never seen anyone who is more

respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working

there, and it made me want to return all the more.

Dr. Melvin is the most caring Doctor. He really wants to get to the root of the problem rather than covering it up with drugs. He goes out of his way to help. I am so lucky to have Dr. Melvin as my doctor. Don't believe the terrible reviews on the web. He is wonderful!
