Dr.Dawson explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. The only issue I had was wrong billing code which resulted in being overcharged. The Dr. is awesome though. I am a difficult patient since I do not care for medicine (and just don'g believe in it very much) and would rather take more of a natural approach and Dr. Dawson listened to all my concerns and respected them.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

Their office equipment was in superb shape and looked very advanced. I definitely felt safe under their care. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
