I give Dr. Randolph a 5 star rating, because he took me right in as a new patient. I moved to Florida and have insurance through the Affordable Care Act; though there was an issue with timing, he still took me in. He is very attentive and listens very carefully and answers your questions in a manner you can understand, and not feel demeaned. I goofed in selecting insurance and my visits are not covered. I plan on signing up for insurance during open enrollment, that his office accepts. This is a doctor, I plan to keep.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered.
