I had to reschedule my appointment several times because the doctor was not in the office. And when he was in the office wait time was hour. The doctor spent 2 minutes in the room with me before walking out and having staff deal with me. The girls at the office are angels for dealing with this devil. I wish I was warned.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. Their office was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing. I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
