I have been coming to the oak Street Kissimmee office for ten years and for the last five, they have changed my doctors about 20+ between nurse practitioners and physiastrsts. The most recent visit i needed some forms to be filled out by "my assigned doctor", i went to my appointment like i was asked paid out of my own pocket $100+ yet the DR. SHUJEN FERNANDEZ made me feel very UNCOMFORTABLE in that appointment she was frustrated that Medical Records gave her the forms "at the last minute" saying that I have to fill them up when it was her job. Nevertheless her ATTITUDE was very UNPROFESSIONAL making me feel more nervous and anxious. Clearly she shouldn't be working on the mental health field.

I apologize to Dr. Vivian Charneco, and I retract my previous review.
I have been a patient at Mindful for 4 yrs. They are ALL VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY PROVIDE QUALITY MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES.
I AM SORRY DR. CHARNECO, IT WAS NOT FAIR FOR ME TO WRITE AWEFUL THINGS ABOUT YOU AND MINDFUL. MY APOLOGIES TO DR. JOSE RIVERA AS WELL.

The staff is so nice and caring. They really care about their patients and their well-being. Definitely recommend coming here. Best psychiatric practice in central Florida.

Dra. Vivian Charneco, its amazing. She helped with my anxiaty problem.
Now I can have a good relationship with my family and friends. Her counseling staff often see me, and that helps me to stay stable. Thanks.

It is very sad. I've met this physician in another office, and she's really an amazing Dr. The support staff is the problem. I brought a friend to an apt, having highly recommended her clinic. The staff actually disrespected her and made gestures as if she were contagious. ( My friend suffers from severe social anxiety) She was awkward in her presentation. I was left dumbfounded, that she was treated this way. After, I complained about her being spoken to in a rude way, we were told they could not treat her. They would not tell us why. It was obvious, they thought she was odd and insane and refused her treatment. Mind you, she was polite, pleasant and friendly. To have been a victim of stigma, RIGHT IN a psychiatric office, was absurd to me. Dr. Charneco, ran a different kind of practice before. I knew she would remember me, but the denied me access to her. It was a very negative experience.
