Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Dr. Gallogly is wonderful. He's a good doctor. He listens to my concerns, he answers my questions and he prescribes appropriately. He lets me know when I don't need antibiotics. His office has great hours and so they are swamped. Dr. Gallogly is always efficient but I never feel he's rushing me. His front desk staff aren't always super helpful. The phone system can be a nightmare to negotiate with full mailboxes and no answers. But I think those inconveniences are worth it because of what a good doctor he is.
