Do NOT use this dentist's office. It used to be a reputable practice but was purchased by Gary Clusserath in 2006. He put up posters, started marketing teeth whitening and was never in the office. He hired one good dentist, but now he's gone. New dentist botched basic fillings on two bicuspids. Basic fililngs mind you - nothing major. Clusserath examined after I indicated my dissatisfaction, agrees they need to be redone, but blamed the problem on me making an appointment for 4:30 pm and stated that I can't blame Dr. Lake for being tired! When I asked why he would allow them to schedule me for an appointment at a time when they knew their dentist wouldn't do a good job - he had no good answer, just said "maybe this isn't the practice for you". Then he tried to sell me tooth whitening. He's all about the marketing and upsell - he should be selling cars not doing dentistry. I felt like I'd just been had by a smarmy used-car salesman. My whole family is leaving this practice. What an awful experience!
