Sadly, Dr Amstrong passed away in December, 2012. May God bless him and may he rest in peace.
We are having trouble getting our medical records. When you call his office, voice mail picks up but is full, so we are unable to even leave a message.
If anyone knows who or where to call please post a message.

Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

The Doctor is very cold and unfriendly , Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find.
