This Dental Care provider makes little effort to get me in quickly if there's an emergency. The Dental Care provider's office is so old fashioned. They couldn't even take basic X-rays! I don't think that my provider will find a solution to my situation. I better find someone else. The chair I sat in during my dental procedure was pretty uncomfortable. It made my procedure even more unbearable and I couldn't wait until it was over. I wasn't told anything about my dental procedure. I'll have to do my own research.

Avoid this quack at all cost!
My experience with this provider was more horrible than words can describe. I have had to switch to a PPO plan, since she is the only one within 200 miles that can be used and I think she know that!

Dr.Bautista is the most unprofessional dentist i have ever gone too. she attemted to pull my tooth.couldnt finish and told me i would have to come back monday. but she had already started pulling my tooth til it was sideways then informed me she couldnt finish that day. i was never reimbursed. luckily i found another dentist to help me at 6:30 at night on a friday night. Dr. Bautista should have her license pulled or at least looked into. i would not tecomend her to my worst enemy

Dr. Bautista's office is chaios. I wish I could give negative stars. I should have known when I had my first appointment and the patient before me was practically yelling at Dr. Bautista about the work she had done on him. But she seemed so sweet at first, now I know it was just superficial to sucker me into her horrible office. The whole staff is under trained and have no idea what they are doing. I was never been seated on time, it always take HOURS longer than it should have, they have no idea about dental insurance. They called my at least 3 times to change my appointment time, and they still didn't get me in on time. Dr. Bautista is not foucused or passionate about dentistry, just money. Her and her equipment is outdated and need to go back to school, save yourself a lot of headaches. DON'T GO TO SONIA R. BAUTISTAS OFFICE!!!!!!!!!

No, it was fine

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

The worst I have seen

No. It took me several times to get through.

No, their staff isn't organized at all

Sonya and her workers are the kindness people I have ever known. There was no pain at all and she paid very strict attention to making sure there was no pain. I am very happy she is my dentist.
