Dr Mhatre is a very caring doctor. He takes the time to listen to me and I feel that my health matters to him. I would recommend him to anyone. He does expect you to make your appointments and to participate in your care which is a big plus to me!

I had an appointment for today May 7th, 2012 at 12:15 p.m. The doctor was 3 hours away. His staff said they'd ask him to phone in my anti-depressant re-newal but they or he didn't do it. I've been out of his medication for several days now. The doc was mad at me for missing an app't once and said I would be charged if it happened again. What about him missing an appointment like he did. Am I suppose to ignore that? Well HELL NO I won't.. He makes 60 bucks for a 5 minute talk to me every 3 months. Then he had the gall to say to me his price has gone up to 75 dollars now. What a racket he has going on for himself...

They always treated me with the utmost respect, and have never interrupted my appointment to take a personal phone call. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I noticed their credentials displayed on the wall as soon as I walked in. It immediately made me more comfortable and confident that I was seeing someone who was very qualified.
