They share office space so sometimes you will get an answering service. I always have to call them back even after i've left a message. i'm considering extensive surgery after having already had a procedure done by Dr. Chang.

My one gripe is that i don't feel listened to at all. and even when i ask questions i don't feel the explanations are satisfactory. Especially when it comes to questions about the financing of the procedures. Which the doctor will not answer at all and refers you to his office staff. This is very frustrating as they only give you estimates.

During my consultation it would have been much more helpful to see demonstrations, before/afters or visual imagery of what my procedures may look like upon completion.

At this point i'm thinking perhaps i should try to get a second opinion. While I was satisfied with the initial procedure i had the consult was pretty much the same. I had numerous unanswered questions when I left. However that procedure was a bit more straightforward and the outcome was pretty certain.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Yes! They gave me detailed, written information about their policies
