I love how attentive they are here. I was a new patient and I called around 4:30pm to get an appointment all around Delaware for the next day. They took some info and saw me by 1 the next day. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. The waiting area beautiful natural light and an ocean scene around the entire room. And a small toy section for the kids. And it was very quiet because they took the patients very quickly. I was a little disappointed with how plain the examining rooms were. They should have made more of an effort to make the examining rooms inviting to children. But overall I was very pleased with my childs care.

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. One thing I like about them, is that they always have at least one doctor or nurse practitioner as back-up support for when the pediatrician gets sick or is unavailable. I know someone will always be able to take care of my child. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.
