They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find.
While I love the doctor, the staff is very short and not friendly. It is difficult to get an appt with my doctor of choice.
Also we are always early for appts but end up waiting long periods of time in both the waiting room and exam room for the doctor. This is consistent with every visit.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
Though the atmosphere is is nice there, the receptionist was very short and rude. They also charge the co-pay on a recheck which most doctors won't and should not do.

They gave about the same level of care as others . Their equipment here is safe, well taken care of, and also kid friendly. My child always seem comfortable in their care. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I am not happy on the call back on lab results. They need to consider getting better help in the Department of call backs regarding childrens Blood work that were requested by the Doctor. When you call the Receptionist at the front desk they don't know anything, and claim to look up the patients name and tell you that they have not yet recieved any results back. When I called Lab Corp, There customer service told me they sent by fax the next day. So if lab work was done on Saturday, someone should have called me on Monday.. or no later then Tuesday.. It is Wednesday and no results yet have been discussed. What a dissapointement. Still waiting for the Doctor to call me back with the results.
