My Concern is that I thought I had a contagious STD. I tried to express my concerns and the Dr. seemed rushed. I was expressing my concerns of never having anything other than a Cyst and Fibroids and that this problem currently was an issue bc I have children in the home. She kind of took on a non-chalant approach. Although she was thorough I felt like she was too timid to be working in this field. The patient is scared so the Doc does not have room to be less than up to par.

I have been waiting for my result for a few weeks on the 3 test taken and I am the only one concerned as no one called me to give the results as they originally stated. I contacted the office and the result for the main test had been sitting there they just never called.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. All of the risks and benefits of my treatment were explained to me. Chantel Imran, MD was very thorough and informative. Their staff is very friendly and professional.
