They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.

I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.

Good doctor, not a bad wait, able to schedule appointments to fit my needs. Upon moving away, found that to get MY medical records they had a policy to charge me $2/page and that did not include mailing charges. I could have come (from 3 hours away) to pick them up in order to avoid mailing charges. Ridiculous. My son's pediatrician copied his records and mailed them to me for free. Was told by the office staff that the rates were recommended per some medical board. How much does it cost to scan and email records????

Visited the Office more times than I prefer, but it's been one heck of a winter with sickness & problems for my daughter & myself...Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I love the clean & relaxing decor. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
