No, they were very calm and understanding

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

I was very satisfied with my visit. Dr.Xu is a knowledgeable MD as well as a licensed acupuncturist, so he is concerned with overall health, not just sticking you with needles. I felt fine after a few visits.
