As a side note, on my way to the appointment I was worried that I must have gotten wrong directions because I was practically out in the boondocks by the time I reached their building. I almost turned around because I was sure I must have passed their office, but to my surprise it was just really inconveniently located. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating.

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
