She was the worste Dr, I have ever seen in my life. She didn't care about my problems, nor did she help me. I was very disattisfied. I waisted 2 visits going to see her, and I can honestly say I would never go back, or refer Dr Pilagin to anyone. To be a Doctor~Is to care about others, and know what you are doing.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
