I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.

Dr. Pilagin is the best doctor i have ever been to. She has cured many of my ailments, has always been very kind and compassionate, and has never once had anything unnecessary done (no extra money spent). I would recommend her to anyone who needs a Doctor.
Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. If there was an option for 10 STARS, i would use it.
