I PURCHASED A FULL SET OF DENTURES AND PRE-PAID $2,443 ON 6/19/17.I DIDN'T RECEIVE DENTURES UNTIL THE END OF JULY,AND HAVE BEEN BACK AND FORTH FOR ADJUSTMENTS EVER SINCE.TO THIS DAY(10/16/17),I STILL CAN'T EAT WITH THESE DENTURES.I AM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS PRODUCT.I GET BETTER FIT AND COMFORT FROM THE $500 SET THAT I PURCHASED TWO YEARS AGO FROM MIDFIELD DENTAL.

Was expecting the best after reading great reviews. I still have no idea what happened at this clinic. After multiple visits, complete x-rays, thorough consultation, proposal of work to be done, and cost presentation for work in hand, thinking we were prepared to begin work the following week, out of no where, the clinic decided they would not do the work and referred me out. They said they were not sure they could handle my case. But there are five dentists at this practice. And if they can not handle my case, then who could? I truly feel something happened and I am not being told the truth. I am suspicious I was discriminated against. I have attempted to figure out what happened. Did someone say something behind my back? Did they not like the questions I asked? I have even wondered if they did not like the scarf I carried which had Sanskrit mantras. Did they think I was Muslim and they discriminated against me? This is the deep south and people can be viciously uninformed and judgmental. After two months of grueling visits with dentists to find the place that could do the work at a price I could find a way to afford, I am still in shock they led me right to the point of writing a check and then referred me out to begin the entire process of further evaluations again. The people all seemed "nice" and according to them they wanted me to get the best care I need. The problem is, truly, I can not afford any of the other dentists I have seen. So I may lose my teeth because McCalla dental would not even try to work with me. What began as a good experience there ended in a fog of unanswered questions. I think for most people if they have simple dental needs and do not ask too many questions this clinic may work well for them. I had worked long and hard getting multiple consultations when I chose to use McCalla Dental. And it was a complete shock when they led me to the point of writing a check and then backed out. Most reviews on internet are good for this practice. Though....what happened with me...was off. I do think I was discriminated against. I have tried to figure out what really happened because it did not make sense. And for that I am sorry.

I have used McCalla Dental for the past three years and they are truly a professional organization. They do not recommend work that is not required. The dental hyginist are really good and friendly.

No, I didn't have to wait very long

Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable?

No, it didn't taste good at all

Never, they are very reliable.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

No, but I was able to read a magazine
