They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. I've never gotten a call to remind me about my upcoming appointment. It made me feel like they didn't care whether I showed up or not.
