They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

It would be interesting to see if Cindy's new dentist was able to fix her problem. You would think that after 30 years of experience the dentist would know what he was talking about. I wouldn't think that adjusting a tooth would cause sensitivity. My dentist has done that to several of my teeth before and it has never caused a problem. Sounds like she was just trying to get out of paying for the services she received.
