It was really loud in their office and it made the experience that much more stressful. They need to move to a quieter location. I was completely shocked at the amount of foul language they used. It was very inconsiderate and impolite. They had a fantastic selection of magazines in the waiting room. Having some good reading material made time go by so much faster.
