They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They were very courteous and polite, I was impressed. They treated everyone as equals and made everyone feel welcome. I felt so much better about going into surgery after they answered all of my questions. I knew that I was under the care of an expert. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.
