Excellent results on a reverse shoulder replacement. Dr. Martin took time to walk thru procedures before and after. Unbelievable care and attention in every respect during and after my surgery. There is one employee at the check-out or future scheduling desk who needs to become more personable; actually snapped at me when I asked a question. I would and have recommended Dr. Martin to friends who need shoulder repairs done.

I was impressed with Dr. Martin's listening skills and the care with which he handled my examination. He was respectful of the pain I was in, and detailed thoroughly the options facing me. His staff is available by phone when questions need to be answered between appointments, and his office is conveniently located.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for their patient's well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I've been looking for an orthopedic surgeon that put in the extra effort to make me and my son feel valued and important and I think I found it. They are warm, friendly, and one of the most welcoming offices I've visited. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
