I went to Dr. Cassel for a second opinion because he and his staff had really great reviews. My experience with Wasilla Dental Center was way beyond my expectations! The woman that answered the phone when I called, Ariane, was very sweet and informative about how my visit would go and what they would need from me since I had recently got x-rays done.

They were able to schedule a back-to-back appointment for my wife and I both. The office is very warm and inviting, so I was able to relax right away (i'm not a fan of the dentist).

During the exam with Dr. Cassel he went into detail about every little thing that he was doing and/or about to do. He used layman's terms too, so that helped me a lot! After the exam Dr. Cassel gave me a sheet that explained everything that needed work; most importantly which tooth took precedence for the money of which I had to spend.

To avoid getting a root canal done, he informed me that he would like to work on my tooth immediately and that it should not wait any longer because then I may end-up having to need a root-canal. Well not only did they have a cancelation and were able to take me right away, but Dr. Cassel showed that he cared more about me than about any money that they were going to make off of me by telling me he is willing to work through his lunch to do the work he would like to do. There was absoultely NO pressure on me to get the work done either. The day after he drilled my tooth, he called me just to check-in to make sure I was doing okay.

I HIGHLY recommend Wasilla Dental Center to everyone!
