Dr. D'Ambrosio is a VOLUNTEER for the specialty clinic for Peak Vista. Every single time my husband has been to see her (I always tag along) she has been demeaning, condescending and not one time has she failed to mention that she ONLY VOLNTEERS HER TIME. So no questions are answered..she is on a tight schedule and ALWAYS MAKES us feel we are taking up her valuable time. Not a nice person, We aren't on medicaide, we do pay for our service. We are self employed and with his condiition can't buy insurance...thus..Peak Vista. We have requestion another specialist for him, She writed rx that need to be ongoing, then drops the ball EACH AND EVERY TIME there is a refill needed. She will not allow calls to her 'PRACTICE' from the patient or Peak Vista,,,,will allow the person to have a bad reaction to stopping abrubtly the rx she perscribes..but doesn't follow thru on.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
