I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

I work for a Dr. Jodi Kading who is a patient of Dr. D'Ambrosio. She recommended her to me because she has helped Dr. Kading out a great bit and would love the same opportunity. The office was not sympathetic towards my situation at all. ppointment with her the the office there is not sympathetic to my situation at all. I'm sure if the doctor new the circumstances he/she would understand. I was apparently seen at that office over 11 years ago (which I was a minor at that time). For some reason I was sent to Dr. Timms and then I moved to Michigan. Because I left the office over 12 years ago they won't let me see a doctor there. I am an adult now and it is unbelievable to me that they wouldn't see me .

It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Their staff is very friendly and professional.
