I like Dr. Risenhoover alot. He has worked with me on making sure my two little ones are happy and healthy. He listens and answers all my questions (as dumb as they maybe) with professional and in a way that can be understood.

I have also visited other providers there, and like all but one of them. If that is the only provider that is open for a visit, I usually wait until another provider is avaiable.

I also like the fact that FirstCare is open on weekends.

I like all the docs at First Care, but Dr. Riesenhoover is my favorite. He takes time, listens carefully, and gives thoughtful consideration to a diagnosis, instead of jumping to a snap judgment, which other doctors do sometimes.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

Awesome doctor who does things "old school" meaning that he actually attempted to get to know me and what I did for a living before he even asked me what my ailment was. He took his time, asked a lot of questions and the actually gave me a treatment plan. He is not the kind of doctor to pick up his prescription pad first and ask questions later. Down to earth, realistic and gives excellent eye contact.
