If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. The front office is rude and inflexible. Attempts to contact the doctor directly resulted in refusal of future services by front office. Front office refused to provide referral to urgent care which is required by Kaiser. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule.
