When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I definitely didn't make progress during my sessions. I actually think I'm worse than I was before I started going.
