They did a very thorough investigation of my medical history to make sure that I would receive the most beneficial treatment. I felt like they really cared about me. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
