I've been extremely happy with Dr. Foos' treatment. I became his patient a couple of years ago, and I'd put him in the top 2 or 3 of all the psychiatrists I've seen (and, having dealt with depression and anxiety for 35+ years, it's a LONG list). He's not the warm and cuddly type, but I wasn't looking for a therapist. If you're looking for someone who'll deal with the cause of your out-of-whack feelings, rather than just the feelings themselves, you'll like him. If you want a therapist...well, go to a therapist.
I also have to mention that his main secretary/receptionist, Grace, is a lovely person. If you deal with someone over the phone who isn't warm and capable and polite, you've gotten the other one, who's kind of a pill. But Grace more than makes up for it. : )

this man did nothing untoward or irrational. The criticisms leveled at him ar specious, and superficial (are those the same?). Dr.Foos has always been dilligent and probing w/ out humiliating me.

don't let childish anger expressed over petty isssues dissuade you .... he's good.

This doctor is plain nasty-when I was really sick my friend called him to put in a refill on a prescription he had already given me, and he said yes first, then because he didn't like my friend's attitude, he said he wouldn't call in my medicine. Horrible attitude, and his treatments don't work.

Dr. Foos and his staff are pitiful. They made a "mistake" and setup an appointment for me and sent me a bill for $50 for missing that appointment that I never made. The office manager Rosalina is so rude - I have never seen such insolence from a doctor's office before. AVOID THIS DOCTOR AND HIS MONEY HUNGRY STAFF. THEY ARE THEIVES!
