They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. Great Doctor who is very open minded towards treatment options
