This review pertains to the staff and not the physicians. As a state-of-the-art facility, they offer some of the most advanced and sophisticated equipment I have ever seen.The waiting area is a decent size, but it was so crowded the first time I was there that I had to stand for awhile (the term "cattle call" came to mind that time) but there is usually a seat available. I have had no problem with the Doctor and he seems highly skilled and professional. Can't say the same for the staff. Very rude and dismissive. They had new online forms that all patients had to fill out and one elderly woman was having problems.They were rude to her and kept telling her she didn't fill it out correctly. I finally went over and showed her how to fill in the little boxes.The staff didn't seem to care about the patients and seemed far too overwhelmed to do a good job or to even pretend like they care. Makes me nervous. When I'd ask someone a question, they'd refer me to someone else. After repeatedly being referred to someone else, I left. It was very frustrating. Still waiting for a response from them to my 2 emails and one voicemail leaving them info they requested. Asked them for a confirmation that this was received so I would no everything was set for my surgery. Going on a week today and still no response. I hope my surgery goes a lot better than my office experiences!

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.
