They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. They should close at 5:30 pm yet they stop answering their phones at 4:30 and they try to leave the office by 4pm.
