Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

No, its really far from the freeway and other shops
